We all go through ups and downs in life. Victimhood is a surefire way, however, to feel unhappy. Instead, they remain in a state of unhappiness by blaming others or their life circumstances.
3. They are impulsive.
People who act on their emotions, instinct, or impulse are known to be impulsive. An example is someone who sees an item at the shop and impulsively buys it without really thinking through whether they need it, without looking around for a better deal, or coming back another time.
Impulsive people tend to go about life in a careless manner without thinking things through, often leading them to great unhappiness.
4. They get caught up in the drama.
Unhappy people have a way of getting caught up in the drama that sometimes unfolds in life. Not only that, but they often have a tendency to create unnecessary drama as well.

Happy people have a habit of being grateful for whatever arises in their lives. In good times, they are grateful. In difficult times, they know that whatever arises, it is meant to be and will help them grow stronger.
