Researchers conducted a 20 year olng study of 30,000 men and found that men who ejaculated at least 21 times per month were 20% less likely to get prostate cancer. Of course, if you’re single, you can still prevent prostate cancer on your own.
3. Sex keeps you looking younger.
One study, conducted by David Weeks at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital found that staying active and having a good sex life keeps you young.
He studied 3,500 participants from the ages of 30 to 101 and found that sex helps you look 7 years younger on average. He attributes this to human growth hormone and estrogen released during sex.
4. Sex keeps your immune system strong.
When you have sex, your body produces a variety of antibodies and hormones. Immunoglobulin A, one of the antibodies, strengthens your immune system and even helps fight the flu virus.

Having sex every day is great for your heart. According to one study, men who had sex at least twice a week were less likely to develop heart disease than men who had sex only once a month.
