Low testosterone also known as hypogonadism is a condition where the body doesn’t produce enough testosterone. While certain medical conditions can cause hypogonadism, a decline in testosterone levels is also a normal part of aging. The only problem is that having suboptimal levels of this important hormone can cause various health problems ranging from weight gain to heart disease. 1. Abdominal weight gain
