Did you know that 29.1 million people had diabetes is 2014? That is over 9.3% of the population, but with that high of a number how can we fix the problem.
Healthy eating is a start! The western way of eating is one of the worst in the world. People are getting sicker and fatter every single year, and why? Because of the lives we lead! We eat badly, we work all the time and never get any physical exercise. Not to mention that fact that chemicals are on everything that we touch!

- Black seed
Black seed is a natural cure-all for diseases, pretty much anything but death! Take 6 teaspoons of the oil three times daily for 6 days. Then take 2 teaspoons in the morning and 2 in the evening for 4 days. Follow with 2 teaspoons of the oil for two days.
Fenugreek is a herb that can be used to treat diabetes, improve glucose intolerance and lower the blood sugar levels due to its hypoglycemic activity. It also stimulates the secretion of glucose dependent insulin.
- Olive Oil
Before bed drink ¼ cup of olive oil. If you prefer to use lecithin, mix one tablespoon of lecithin with one tablespoon of olive oil.
- Bitter Melon
Research has proven that bitter melon works great with the treatment of diabetes. It contains insulin like properties that help in the lowering of the blood and urine levels. The bitter melon should be juiced and taken on an empty stomach.
