How to Tell When Your Body Is Sending You a Psychic Message

The human body is one of the best tools one can use to to help guide themselves through the ups and downs of life.  Our bodies speak to us, they’re constantly sending us messages and trying to tell us things.  

It’s by far the biggest piece of psychic equipment that we own, and understanding how it works and how it affects our everyday world is important.

Essentially, the human body acts as one giant antennae: it receives all sorts of signals, vibrations and signs that our physical senses traditionally do not pick up on.  Critical to the understanding of the human body’s psychic ability is the notion that our bodies are not just physical, in fact, they are largely spiritual, and they operate on two separate levels, unbeknownst to us.  It has been said that for every physical sense we have, we also possess a psychic sense that complements it.

Being able to use our psychic abilities to reach into the spiritual world is a skill that anyone can learn, and there are classes one can take to help them succeed in this endeavor.  Using guided meditations, one can reach new vibrational heights, and many classes have students practice psychometry with each other, as they try to gain psychic information from different objects.

They also include psychic and mediumship readings with the students themselves, having them try to link with another person’s loved ones, which is only possible by reaching new levels of receptivity.

However, now that you know that your body is essentially one giant intuitive antennae, try to use it as such more often.  Throughout the course of your life you will be forced to make decisions, both big and small.  When you next find yourself in a position of decision-making, take a second to simply be; breathe deeply, calm your nerves, and listen to what your body is telling you to do.  

This message from your body will manifest itself in different ways, whether it be a gut feeling, a shiver on the back, or a spontaneous emotion.

One of the best ways to increase your awareness and receptivity is through meditation.  Recognize that your body is so much more than just a vessel for which to carry your soul and mind and become attuned with it.  You’ll start to find positive changes in your life because of it.
