The average child in the North America spend over 7 hours a day in free time , playing and watching TV.
However millions of children are forced into child labor because they have no other choice
Every day 126 million children go to work in grueling and dangerous conditions.
This video explores child labor through the personal story of a young Cambodian girl named Pharady. Learn how family debt and poverty have forced her to grow up and bear the burden of family responsibility.
Early Morning Pharady’s task is to distribute water to her neighbors , when the water tank is full it contains weight of four hundred and fifty pounds.
After her Morning task her hardest task of the day begins..!! Instead of going to school she goes to work in a brick factory.
Her father passed away and the mother also not in a good health condition.
“I wish I could go to School but I need to make money to buy food for my family” says Pharady.
Pharady wants become a teacher but if she can’t go to school then it is impossible.
We may have lots of facilities and every happiness we want and maybe we are not satisfied with want we already have but be thankful for what you have because always remember that there are people who will never have what you have right now in their lives…!!!
